How do you remove popcorn butter stain from a coach leather handbag?

Whats ''coach'' leather? I've never heard of it. If its like normal leather then you can buy a cleaning product for it, spray it on, and carefully rub the stain out, or, take it to a cleaner. Once again, never heard of coach leather though, so maybe thats different
