I fit lunch, my water and a lot of snacks no problem. The bag is well worth the price as they are really well-made. Sturdy handles and good zippers-it does not feel cheap. I do put a thin ice pack in the bottom to keep things extra cold. I'm not sure the outside will be as easy to clean as it stated since it is nice fabric but you never know. I haven't gotten mine dirty yet. The inside is that "tin foil looking" insulation that wipes off well. Over all I find it is a great bag. I have never paid almost $20 for a lunch bag and my co workers thought I was nuts too until they saw it-now they all want one! I actually bought 2 !!!
