Blue Puffy Paint on my much love Lucky leather handbag that I would like to remove. Attended a party where people signed a guest book using puffy paint. Can I remove this myself or should I take it to a professional leather cleaner

That paint is supposed to be permanent. I'd ask a leather cleaner, but I doubt it. It may just be on the surface,
